The UV Filter in the ULTRA systems model year 2002-2011 has been updated. This set is for systems that were made in the model year 2012 or have already been updated.
- (1) 5-micron inline sediment filter, 1/4" push-in fittings
- (1) 5-micron inline IRON KDF85 and catalytic carbon filter, 1/4" push-in fittings
- (1) 5-micron inline coconut shell granular activated carbon (GAC) filter, 3/8" push-in fittings
- (1) Replacement UV bulb for UV Filter 3

Purchased these for a unit I've had in use since 2020. The water quality is wonderful after it filters my well water. I have not had any issues with the unit since I have purchased it. The look of these filters changed a little and since I have no plumbing experience was not sure if they were going to be a correct fit. I emailed the company to ask them and within the hour I had a response from a live human being who was able to reassure me they would work. In addition, he attached other videos I may find helpful. Will continue to use this company as they are.... the Home Masters!

We bought this RO filtration system shortly after we moved in and it works amazingly. It is like getting bottled water strait form the tap. The filters came quickly and were very easy to replace. You should lay a towel down under to catch any water that drips while changing them, but if you follow the simple instructions, there is little mess. It took me lees than 10 minutes to replace them and no tools were needed.

I finally got around to replacing the filters on my parents RO unit. I called customer service before placing the order to make sure these were correct for my system. The filters came in and I ran into some difficulty installing them so I called customer service for help. They called me back and I was very impressed with their instructions and directions. The best customer service experience I have had in a long time. I think this company is great and while I have not personally tested the quality of the water coming from the filter, I believe what the other reviewers have mentioned. The water tastes much better than the tap water in Houston, TX and my family can't drink any other water.
