The response team for this company home master is excellent. I had a minor issue with installation of my 20 inch multi sediment filter. Brought my issue to the attention of customer service rep mr will . And their technicians reached out to me and quickly solved my minor issue and my whole house filter is providing crystal clear filtered water through out my home .thanks. Been using this filter for last couple years and will continue. Excellent customer service.

I’ve had this filter system for about 4 years and am a full believer in how good it is, and look at the picture showing the difference between the used and new filters. I’ve gotten to the point where I can smell the water and know when the filters need to be replaced. I’ll continue buying these yearly so long as they’re sold. If I moved houses, I’d definitely buy this filter system for the new house.
