Perfect Water Technologies is proud to introduce the new Home Master Jr. F2 Elite. This advanced five stage counter top water filter removes up to 93%: dirt and rust; soluble metals like fluoride, aluminum, lead, iron, mercury, copper; chemicals like chloramines, chlorine, VOCs, THMs, and many pharmaceuticals (microcontaminants) that create foul tastes and odors in your tap water. Dissolved solids like calcium and magnesium minerals are not removed. The Home Master Jr. F2 Elite has special channel blockers to ensure even filtration and avoid problems found in other competitor's granular filters.
This Elite version of the Home Master Jr F2 adds new filtration media to treat the very persistent chemical contaminant - chloramine. If your city does not already use chloramines, they most likely will soon. Ordinary carbon filters are unable to remove this stubborn disinfectant. It takes a more advanced carbon known as Catalytic Carbon, and the redox media KDF85. However these two medias do far more than just remove chloramines. The KDF85 media will also remove soluble heavy metals such as lead, mercury, copper, and iron. Furthermore it will remove hydrogen sulfide and is bacteria-static creating a environment hostile to microorganism growth.
To maintain optimum fluoride filtration in your Home Master Jr. F2 Elite change the filter every 3 months or 500 gallons. Taste and odor purification will continue long after fluoride filtration has run out -- so please change your filter regularly.

Purchased 7 1/2 weeks ago to cope with fluoride allergy causing dermatitis and an epic rosacea flare. Now the skin issues are about 95% resolved without meds (I wanted to see what would happen if I skipped the metrogel for a couple of weeks) and I am blown away.
I don't have a water test kit for fluoride, so I can't confirm the numbers, but nearly 2 months of drinking & cooking only water from this filter and I don't have that awful rash anymore.
I rent and therefore can't install a whole house reverse osmosis system. I wish there was a shower filter that worked this well.

I did far more research on water filtration systems than I wanted to, but I felt that there was a lot of information and I didn't know what was safe but also convenient and easy and also affordable. I have very little handy skills.
This device is perfect for our small family. We drink a lot of water and I felt I was always filling up our filter pitcher. Super easy to install. Definitely didn't break the bank. I am so happy. I usually don't leave reviews, but I have to say - -we would highly recommend this product.

I love this water filter mostly because it isn't on the end of my faucet! Great tasting water! Very easy to use and very well made!
Only problem I had with it when connecting was the very cheap adapters that were included! I had to take the adapter off and it was made with cheap thin plastic and I tore it up getting it off! Went to Lowe's and got a metal one and it worked perfectly! (Why would they use plastic for the adapter when the rest of the filter is so well made??). The company did replace the adapter but again, it was cheap plastic so I didn’t use!

Must say, was first surprised how big this filter is. almost the size of a bowling pin. Build and finish is very impressive. Puts me in mind of something that would look right at home in the dentist office. When I purchased Tap Master, was skeptical of how it would look, and make the bath countertop look. It actually adds to the aesthetics, and tucks in nice and tight between the sink and wall. Basically using previously unused negative counter space.
Instillation was a breeze. no tools needed. I bought it for the master bath, since that's where I fill the majority of my drinking bottles and pet's water supply.. Have chinchillas that need to keep their digestive track balanced, so a clean water source is essential.
Pretty much plug and play for my faucet. excellent movement on water spout, and barely notice the water line, which wraps nicely around the filter pillar, so no excess line flopping around, or need to shorten length, unless you really want to. The aerator is really nice too, when not using the system. In fact, more preferable to the stock one that was removed.
All in all a very highly satisfied.

I love my new filter- it was no muss, no fuss installation. They include an extra adapter in case your faucet doesn't fit with the piece on the tube- which mine did not and it was needed. So quick to get running, clean water with much better taste. I will say unit is larger than expected- I guess I thought it'd be the size of a bottle of 16 oz. coke or smaller but it's more like a blender pitcher (but skinnier). I'm not going to tell you this is cute on the counter, but it's simple enough and clean looking. It's worth it for a better filter that rids water of much more junk at a better price overall than those that click onto faucet and need to be replaced more often. Also, I love the little faucet that fills your glass, nice strong stream and angle compared to the snap on. The tube looks like it might get in your way, but I wrapped it around the unit and my sprayer with enough slack to move the faucet freely, and it actually ends up being less annoying than the big chunk of plastic I had with the other filters at the end of the faucet. Nice quality!
