Simply choose your preferred filter or filter set, select your delivery schedule, and enjoy hassle-free shipments right to your door – at a discounted price!

You’ll receive timely reminders before each shipment, and you can modify, pause, or cancel your subscription anytime—no commitments, just clean, great-tasting water made easy! Subscriptions automatically end after 3 years (RO systems), or 5 years (sinktop and whole house).

Subscription Terms & Conditions

1. Subscription Management

   You can modify, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Changes must be made before the next billing cycle to take effect.

2. Billing & Payments

   Your selected payment method will be automatically charged at the time of each scheduled shipment. Prices are subject to change, but you will be notified in advance of any pricing adjustments.

3. Shipping & Delivery

   Subscription orders will be shipped according to your selected frequency. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, but we will assist in resolving any issues.

4. Returns & Refunds

   Subscription purchases are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery if the product is unused and in its original packaging. Refunds will be processed according to our standard return policy.

5. Account Responsibility

   You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, including your shipping address and payment details. Failed payments may result in a temporary hold or cancellation of your subscription.

6. Cancellation Policy

   You may cancel your subscription at any time without penalty. However, cancellations made after an order has been processed will apply to future shipments only.

7. Modifications to Terms

   We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
