Home Master ISetTMHP-MY12 HydroPerfection Filter Change Set

We purchased a Home Master TMHP HydroPerfection Reverse Osmosis System a few years ago. We live in the country and have a deep well. Our water is good, but it is very hard (31 grains) and has a trace of iron. Even with a high capacity water softener, all the water fixtures and ice makers lime up. My wife has a large fish aquarium and we could not use the water. As the water sits, it outgasses CO2 and the pH creeps up from 7.2 to around 8.5 killing the fish in the process. We've tried other RO systems in the past, but they were junk. We spent the money on this system and mounted it next to the water softener in the basement. We then connected it to a small booster pump and a small bladder tank along with purchasing another large reservoir tank. That got connected to both ice makers and separate drinking water spigots in the sinks both upstairs and downstairs. We never run out of RO water and our ice cubes are crystal clear without any of the ice maker garlicky odor. The water tastes great and best of all, we haven't lost any of her fish since then. With the extra reserve tank, she can do 20% water changes in the aquarium and not run out. We purchase and replace the filters on a yearly basis and have never once had a problem with this system.

I have personally renewed these water filters several times, I am not an expert but it is not difficult to do. I have never had problems with my water filtration system under my sink, I save by refilling my take-out water bottles daily, in addition to cooking.

No more hunting down individual filters – it’s all right there. Swapping out the old filters for the new ones was a breeze. I’m not exactly a DIY expert, but the process was straightforward and didn’t take long at all. The instructions were clear, and everything fit perfectly into my After installing the new filters, the improvement in water quality was immediately noticeable. The water tastes incredibly clean and fresh, much better than before the filter change. The sediment filter does a fantastic job of catching all the dirt and rust, while the activated carbon filter really helps with the chlorine and other chemicals. My water doesn’t have that weird tap water taste anymore.

I order this filter set once a year, it’s easy to install, and perfect water customer service left a message to let me know they were there if I had any issues with installation… something they don’t have to do since it wasn’t purchased directly… not the first time I have had great customer service from perfect water representatives.

We received a notice in the mail over three years ago that our water service provider was in excess of the local/state PFOA levels allowable. After finding out that the only way to filter PFOA's was via a reverse osmosis system, we found Home Master and so thankful we did! The installation was easy and the maintenance is seamless. We replace our filters roughly 1x a year. The water is clear, fresh, and never disappoints. We use this for mainly drinking and cooking food items that need to be boiled.

Before getting this system, I had never tasted such tasty water. I'm now spoiled and have a hard time drinking enough water when it's not from my house. Their customer support is amazing too.

I have friends that couldn't put a water pump on an old, carbureted V-8 if you started the bolts and handed them the wrenches. Before I even got the replacement filters, this company called and offered printed, video and in person assistance along with a contact number to call if I had problems. Unbelievable customer service.

The water from my domestic well has several significant issues and this treatment system solves them all. My untreated water has high pH and elevated concentrations of arsenic, sodium, sulfate, and bicarbonate (alkalinity). In addition to these concentrations exceeding EPA drinking water recommendations, the water also has somewhat high turbidity (suspended solids). Needless to say the untreated water doesn't taste very good! The water out of the reverse osmosis system has concentrations that are all within EPA recommendations and it tastes great! I've had this system for three years and I love it.

Love this water filtration system. I’ve been using it for over five years now. The water is better than anything bottled and it works better than any other RO system that I’ve ever tried. Support is amazing and super customer centric. We use our system daily for a three person two pet household and the filters are truly good for a year. We cook with it and I even use it to water the plants.
