I was looking for a filter that not only removed lead and chlorine and the other usual suspects, but also something that removes fluoride. I also have to have great tasting water and I was tired of buying bottled water. It also has to be budget-friendly filter/replacements. I can give my pets better water and cook with filter water now too. So far this filter is working for me. I have not had the water tested so I can not give the before and afters of the ppm or anything like that. But I can just tell you that the price was affordable and my water tastes much better. The customer service is great so far as well. When I got my filter I went to the Home Master website to register my filter. That night they called me to let me know they had shipped my 2 free rubber gripper pads. As far as the installation, it was quick and easy. I did need a pair of pliers to tighten the nozzle onto my faucet so that the water did not spray out. But it was still very quick and easy.

I researched many sink top water filters. There were a number of things that impressed me about the filter. The 1st was the 5 stage water filter system that includes compression discs so that there's even coverage of water across the granules. The 2nd is that fact that it filters fluoride, a harmful chemical to the body that's hardly ever addressed by water filters unless you add an extra in-line filter. The 3rd is the host of other chemicals that it filters. 4th, the taste is great and as advertised the water tasted great up until the time to change the filter. The price was also reasonable considering all that the 5 stages actually does. All the mechanical parts are still working great after using it extensively for the last 5 months. So, yes, I would recommend it to anyone looking for a reasonable priced filter that does all that it claims to do. I even recommended to my son who bought one at the same time and likes it.

I purchased this filter so i could fill my 5 gallons jugs for my water dispenser so i didn't have to go back and forth to Walmart during Covid 19. It was very easy to install, took about 5 minutes, i needed a plastic adapter for the faucet i purchased here on Amazon. The unit is well built, my water is not that bad but i wanted to let it run through the filter just in case. It approves on taste and removes a lot of stuff from your tap water if that is a major concern for you or your family. It also takes other filters like the - US Water Lead & Cyst Carbon Block Filter | USWCB-2510-LD - sold here on Amazon. I e-mailed the Home Master customer service, and they were very quick to reply to my questions, as they are here in the USA. And they even sent me some freebies. I haven't had the filter that long but, so far so good.

I research what type of filter I was going to use for quite a while. this is the only filter I found that was this easy to set up to the faucet, filter out fluoride without having to have an extra filter, was under $100, it has a very reasonably priced replacement filter for when the time comes. you will find review after review stating that people have done similar things to me in terms of reviewing this product alongside other products and everybody seems to be pretty satisfied. It took me 5 minutes to set up and we use it constantly. I've already made my money back on not having to buy spring water from the store. It was very important to me to not have fluoride in the water so when I found this filter compared to the filters that you have to set up beside your sink which require extra fluoride filters to be purchased I was super excited.
