This is a great filter system. The water really tastes great! No problem with leaks. Just install with good quality brass fittings. There isn't a drop in water pressure. I am very happy with the purchase. I'll add a photo later.

Overall the installation was not difficult. I was able to, with a friend, have it piped in, mounted, and installed in just under 2 hours (the piping took the longest because of where my incoming water line is located). I have been using the filter for over a year (recommended replacing annually) with no noticeable reduction in flow or water quality. I use my water a lot for brewing, so getting rid of the chlorine/chloramines was very important. I would recommend this product to anyone who has city water. I am sure it works with well water as well.

I waited a year to replace the filters from when I installed these while we had our home rebuilt after hurricane Harvey. We had all new pex pipes ran and I replaced a leaking main line a few years earlier. So I have absolutely no old galvanized pipes feeding these filters. The filter system in my attic in the line that supplies the valve manifold on the other side of the house. So every drop of water in my house goes through the filters. Even the garden hose in the back yard. I never noticed a drop in water pressure, so might have been able to go longer before replacing them. But seeing what came out of these, this will be a yearly thing! To think that we could have been drinking and washing with the “clean” water the city provides. If you value the health and you and your family, this system is a MUST!!!

A good project should put a smile on your face for months or years. That is what happened when I installed this fantastic filter unit. Install went well and the water is crystal clear. No more chloramine taste or smell in the water. Coffee taste 100% better. Clothes are softer. Skin feels clean and less itchy. All the way around, great experience.
